2011 Gears up

The 2011 Season is gearing up for an early start in Miami Beach on 5th February. Where else to go during these cold winter months?! Check out the Events page for a preview of what this year has to offer. You will see that BattleUS will once again be taking place in sunny San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, but that there will for the first time be two main competitions in the USA – San Francisco and New York. The NYC Battle will enable riders to earn extra ranking points on the east coast.

BattleUS Exceeds all Expectations!

The hugely successful 4th annual BattleUS took place this weekend and with Korean YuJinSeong calling it his ‘favourite competition ever’, exceeded the expectations of participants and spectators alike. With numbers and involved countries growing year by year, BattleUS is now established as a major international freestyle slalom event.

Check out the results, now up on BattleUS.com, and the new updated NASS rankings!

Biggest Battle so far!

Seattle has hosted the biggest US battle so far of 2010, though it will only hold that crown for a week, before BatteUS takes place in San Francisco! World famous, and almost completely undefeated, Kim Sungjin did his skates proud by beating fellow Korean Yu Jinseong and taking 1st place. Next came the US skaters fronted by ex US champ Jeremy LaCivita and 12 year old whizz Nancy Gallacher.
